Job Description :
1) Reports on time to his supervisor for his duty assignment.
2) To have good hygienic appearance.
3) To have basic knowledge of all food items and food handling.
4) Obtains requisitions of goods from the storeroom/production.
5) Control all food items with rotation and maintain good condition in his mis-en-place.
6) To proceed all preparations for any order in good procedures.
7) Works exactly according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
8) Assists in cleaning utensils and equipment with safety procedures and hygiene.
9) Performs other duties assigned by his superior.
10) To report to his superior for any doubt or to prevent any incident.
11) To have good communication and relations with his colleagues.
12) To perform his duty in high standard and quality.
1. High School or More
2. Experience, Skills and Knowledge.
3. Good communicating skills in Basic English language.
4. 1-2 years culinary experience.
5. Knowledgeable about basic hygiene and HACCP.
