Job Description :
1. To clean the kitchens, heavy equipment, operating equipment and back of house areas.
2. To perform any other appropriate duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not specifically included here.
3. To always be clean and properly dressed while on duty.
4. To be responsible for the cleaning of the staff canteen kitchen area
5. Clean all operating equipment that is used inside the kitchen.
6. Organize the storage of kitchen operating equipment.
7. Prepare operating equipment for daily use.
8. Thoroughly clean and ensure the hygiene of kitchen and storage areas.
9. Clean all utensils that have been used in the cooking process.
10. Frequently clean all sinks and drains.
11. Clean and clear all kitchen rubbish bin on a daily basis or more frequently if necessary.
12. To assist with dishwashing duties if required.
13. To ensure standards of safety in the work place are met and maintained and to have an up to date knowledge of basic first aid methods.
1. High school education
2. Minimum 1 years of experience
3. Knowledgeable about basic hygiene.
