Job Description :
1.Handles all movement of luggage (temporary, long term storage, lost baggage)
2.Handles all guests’ queries or requests in a polite and efficient manner
3.Provides a high standard of service in accordance to the department Standard Operating Procedures and a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local attraction areas
4.Extends fully cooperation within and between departments to provide beyond guest expectoration and achieve guest satisfaction
5.Notifies supervisors regarding any unusual events (emergency cases, accident, the failure of any system etc.)
6.Provides a prompt delivery of mails and messages
7.Delivers newspapers to guestrooms on time
8.Assists in escorting guests to their rooms
9.Provides door service, entrance to hotel and driveway, to ensure a smooth traffic flow
10.Organizes a prompt TAXI service and assist in airport transferring
11.Assists guests as required
12.Knows about all events and activities accruing in and out of the hotel
13.Attend the training as required or assigned
14.Attend shift Briefing to handling over at the end of the shift
15.Be familiar with Emergency Plan and Evacuation and be able to handle emergency situation according to emergency’s procedures of the Hotel
16.Complies with all Rooms & Guest Service systems and procedures and with all company policies
17.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications :
•Communication: Fluent in English Communication, other 3rd language would be advantage
•Computer Office: Property Management Program (PMS), Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage
•Good attitude
•Pleasant personality
•Service minded
