Job Description :
1.Make sure your grooming standard in maintain during your duty.
2.Make sure always maintain good behavior at all time.
3.Check log book and hand over book for follow up Trace (PMS).
4.Communication with your team and ensure all information in handed over.
5.Check for newspaper request and send to the room in the morning.
6.To have a very good knowledge of Pathumwan Princess Hotel SOP and philosophies, ensuring they are carried out at all time.
7.Ensure guest profiles are updated accurately on check in and each guest given their own individual profile.
8.All guests are escorted to their room according to SOP.
9.Check correspondence and information in Opera System of new arrival. Inspect room very carefully and place registration cards, welcome letters, Hotel card and the Bangkok map are set in folder. In the guest has made any special request, must follow up.
10.Ensure the room is preparing to guest preference housekeeping standard & the entire special requested and preferences have been met.
11.Ensure special requests and traces are followed up before guest's arrival.
12.Ensure all guests are welcomed, greeted and checked in efficiently and with the highest level of hospitality extended. In room check in given to all room guest. Make sure the registration card is duly filled in and collect passport and accommodation voucher / document confirm period of stay, room rate, and arrival procedure is the first impression for the guest, ensure that everything is running smoothly, professional and unpacking service is offered.
13.Ensure are expect arrival room without defect with respect to functionality.
14.Prepare Departure letter which including, Guest Comment attached with advanced folio bill.
15.Ensure that check out is efficiently carried out and if a guest has any negative comments that they are addressed immediately by calling the Butler Service Manager or Assistance Butler Service Manger.
16.To ensure all negative comments are turned into a positive situation by means of Service Recovery or Problem Solving Program must be carried out comments updated in Guest Profile.
17.Ensure that all requests are met and followed up. Always say “Yes”, if you are in situation where you feel you cannot say “Yes”, you must contact a manager at any time. If you are not able to give a correct answer, explain to the guest you will follow up and get back to them in a realistic time frame.
18.Ensure hotel credit procedures are followed and administered in discreet and tactful manner.
19.Ensure a full handover is carried out at the end of every shift and Butler will hand over guest to colleague during the day off.
20.Ensure that guest postings and paid outs are done promptly and paperwork completed for accounting purposes.
21.All cash handling procedures are closely adhered to and all cashiering duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
22.Check provisional bill & supporting bill are correct in each day.
23.Liaise will all other department s to ensure smooth communication. This applies to Housekeeping regarding room moves, early departures, late check-outs etc. All room moves are amended in PMS before the guest occupy the room.
24.All comments during the guests stay including all activities are recorded correctly in the Guest Profile.
25.Ensure correctly telephone and message procedures are carried out.
26.Ensure that all wakeup call are recorded correctly and made on time.
27.Butler should meet their guests personally at least 2 or 3 times a day during their stay and until departure.
28.To be familiar with the hotel safety and security policies.
29.To Promote Pathumwan Princess Hotel to outside guests.
30.Offer packing & unpacking service.
31.To carried out any other reasonable requests as instructed by your manager.

Qualifications :
•Communication: Fluent in English Communication, other 3rd language would be advantage
•Computer Office: Property Management Program (PMS), Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage
•Good attitude

•Detail Oriented
